Senior AI Engineer
Design and ship AI systems that run in production — retrieval quality, evaluation harnesses, cost control and the guardrails around agents.

- Own the evaluation and quality measurement for AI features end to end
- Design retrieval and grounding pipelines over client and product data
- Set model routing, failover and cost policy across providers
- Work directly with domain experts to define what a good answer is
What we are looking for
- Substantial experience taking machine learning or LLM systems to production
- Comfortable writing production Python and reading someone else's
- Opinions about evaluation that you can defend with numbers
- Able to explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder

Senior Product Engineer
Build typed, accessible, well-tested product surfaces across client platforms and our own products.
Remote (Europe overlap)Full-timeWhat you would do
- Ship features end to end, from schema to interface
- Maintain and extend the shared design system
- Hold the accessibility bar at WCAG AA, verified rather than assumed
- Review architecture decisions and write them down
What we are looking for
- Deep TypeScript and React experience, including server rendering
- Practical accessibility knowledge, not just an awareness of it
- Comfortable owning database design and migrations
- Care about the details that users notice and specs never mention
