Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data RMWY Technologies Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It covers the website only — where we process personal data on behalf of a client, that processing is governed by the agreement with that client.

Who we are
RMWY Technologies Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@rmwytechnologies.com.

What we collect
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- Information you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the topic you select and the content of your message.
- Information you send us by email, including anything in the message and attachments.
- Standard technical information our hosting provider records to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to carry out that work — our lawful basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- To operate and secure the website — our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure service.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email. They process data on our instructions and are bound by contract to protect it.
[List your actual processors here — hosting, email delivery, analytics if any — with the country each processes data in.]
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for [insert period] and then deleted. Records relating to work we carry out are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period our legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your data protection regulator. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least privilege and data minimisation and we do not collect what we do not need.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
